The SMR service also provides an SMR score - a popularity benchmark, out of 100, which aggregates ‘reach’ and ‘customer satisfaction’. Over time, this is a useful way to track progress, especially as comparative scores are also provided for named competitors.
SMR clients have access to a customisable online dashboard which tracks the stats in real time. Daily alerts highlight opportunities or flag possible threats so remedial action can be taken.
A representative sample of the automated sentiment data is validated by our human team and once a month, an SMR report is uploaded which identifies current trends, highlights representative comments and shares learnings from competitors.
