Yomego worked with Durex to define its social strategy from a standing start.

Input from all relevant business divisions was encouraged to make it a collaborative and inclusive process. One of the requirements was to bring internal teams up to speed with the social media landscape; its potential and possible pitfalls.

The content of the training sessions was tailored carefully for each audience, with feedback and suggestions used to help to refine the brand’s ongoing social strategy. The courses encompassed prevailing best practice and provided practical guides for how social media tactics and procedures can help different departments, from Customer Services to HR.
