In 2010, we launched our Social Media Reputation
(SMR) service to benchmark the popularity of brands in social spaces and help clients analyse social media monitoring
stats to derive context and a regular and prioritised list of practical recommendations. Our Top 50 Brands in Social Media supplement, launched with New Media Age, used the SMR benchmark to rank brands around their popularity in social channels and explored why some are doing some so much better than others. (SMR scores for different vertical sectors are published every fortnight on the NMA website.)
Finally, social media campaigns won’t work in isolation. We work with clients to integrate social into
the heart of their marketing activities. KPIs need to be aligned across business and we work with clients to explore what
social strategies can – and can’t – achieve.
